WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM (Eastern Time), and check-out is at 12:00 PM (Eastern Time). We’re happy to accommodate early check-in or late check-out when possible, subject to availability and for an additional fee.
IS PARKING AVAILABLE?
While valet service is not currently offered, self-parking is available at iPark Garage (150 East 58th Street), located one block away. Rates: $55 per night for standard vehicles and $65 per night for SUVs.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE TO CHECK IN?
Guests must be 21 years or older to check in.
IS AN ID REQUIRED AT CHECK-IN?
Yes. A valid photo ID corresponding to the reservation name is required at check-in.
IS THERE AN EARLY DEPARTURE FEE?
Yes. An early departure will incur a one-night room and tax charge.
I BOOKED THROUGH A THIRD-PARTY WEBSITE. HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES?
Please contact the website or agent through which your reservation was made. We cannot modify reservations booked through third parties.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Cancellation policies vary by rate plan. Flexible reservations may typically be canceled up to 48 hours prior to arrival without penalty.
WHAT IS THE FACILITY FEE?
This fee includes premium Wi-Fi, unlimited domestic and international calls, access to the business center (internet, printing, and more), and access to the fitness center. Guests also enjoy a 25% discount on the Hop-On, Hop-Off Big Bus Tour, the East Midtown Passport Discount Card, and 20% off their first drink at Yawning Cobra – Midtown East.
IS THERE A DEPOSIT AT CHECK IN?
Upon check-in, a credit card authorization ranging from $150 to $500 per night will be placed on the guest’s credit card to cover security and incidental charges. If no additional charges are incurred and no damage is found, the full authorization will be released on the day of departure.

IS SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE HOTEL?
Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel, including guest rooms and public areas.
Hotel 57 is committed to providing its guests and associates with a smoke-free environment. Smoking tobacco, pipes, vapes, e-cigarettes and marijuana are strictly prohibited within the hotel. By booking through this website, you acknowledge that the hotel has installed smoking detection sensors in its rooms. These sensors enable hotel management to respond to smoking events without disrupting your stay. You hereby agree and consent to the use of such sensors in your room and acknowledge and agree that it is 100% privacy compliant and required by the hotel to ensure a smoke-free stay for all guests. By acknowledging the foregoing, you agree to waive any future claims related to the presence of the sensor in a room you may book. Tampering with the sensor is strictly prohibited.
IS THE HOTEL PET FRIENDLY?
Hotel 57 welcomes dogs. A non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $100 per stay, per pet applies. Guest rooms are limited to one dog, weighing no more than 50 lbs. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the guest room. Verified service animals are exempt from pet fees
IS CASH ACCEPTED?
We do not accept cash as a method of payment. Please note that tips for the staff are only accepted in cash.

DO GUESTROOMS HAVE A SAFE?
Yes. Each room features a personal safe for your valuables at no additional charge.
CAN I REQUEST A ROLLAWAY BED OR CRIB?
Rollaway beds are available for $50 per day plus tax. Cribs are complimentary upon request.
DO YOU OFFER ACCESSIBLE (ADA) ROOMS?
Yes. We offer ADA-compliant rooms and are happy to accommodate special needs requests. Please contact us in advance to ensure availability.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
For reservations made directly with us, cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours prior to arrival without penalty. Certain special offers may have different terms. For third-party bookings, please refer to the policy provided by the booking platform.
LOCATION & TRANSPORTATION
HOW DO I GET FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL?
Guests may arrive by private car, taxi, or ride-share from all major airports.
• JFK & Newark (EWR): approximately 45–75 minutes
• LaGuardia (LGA): approximately 25–45 minutes
Public transportation is also available from each airport via AirTrain, subway, or express bus, with stops within a short walk of the hotel.
For the most seamless experience, we recommend arranging a private car service prior to arrival.
WHERE IS THE HOTEL LOCATED?
We are located at 130 East 57th Street, New York, NY 10022. Hotel 57 places you just steps from Park Avenue, Central Park, and the heart of Midtown Manhattan’s world-class shopping, dining, and attractions.
DOES THE HOTEL HAVE PARKING?
Hotel 57 does not have an on-site parking garage; however, discounted self-parking is available nearby. Please contact the Front Desk upon arrival to request ticket validation.
Our preferred parking partner is Dock Parking, located at 150 East 58th Street (between Lexington and Third Avenue; GPS: 150 East 58th St, New York, NY 10155).
Parking rates are calculated per 24-hour period and do not include in-and-out privileges. On the day of departure, vehicles must be retrieved at the same time they were dropped off (or earlier) to avoid additional charges.
Self-Parking Rates:

• $65.00 – SUV / luxury vehicle
HOTEL AMENITIES
IS THERE LUGGAGE STORAGE?
Luggage storage is available exclusively for registered guests at no additional charge.
IS THERE A COFFEE MAKER IN THE ROOM?
All guest rooms at Hotel 57 are equipped with an in-room coffee maker for your convenience.
IS THERE A REFRIGERATOR IN THE ROOM?
Refrigerators are available upon request at no additional charge, subject to availability.
DOES THE HOTEL HAVE CRIBS AVAILABLE?
Yes! Cribs are available upon request and based on availability. We’re happy to welcome our youngest guests and are always glad to help make their stay as comfortable as possible.
DOES THE HOTEL HAVE ROLLAWAY BEDS AVAILABLE?
Rollaway beds are available upon request for an additional fee of $75 per night, plus applicable taxes. Not all guest rooms can accommodate a rollaway bed. Please contact the hotel in advance to confirm availability.
IS WI-FI INCLUDED?
Premium Wi-Fi is included in the daily facility fee
IS THERE A FITNESS CENTER?
Our Fitness Center is located on the third floor and features state-of-the-art fitness bikes, treadmills, free weights, and weight machines. Guests must be 18 years of age or older to use the Fitness Center. Any guest under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
IS THERE A BUSINESS CENTER?
Our 24-hour business center is located on the third floor, which includes computers and printers.
IS THERE A CONCIERGE AT HOTEL 57?
While Hotel 57 does not have a dedicated concierge desk, our Front Desk team is always happy to assist with directions, dining recommendations, transportation arrangements, and local tips to help make your stay in New York City seamless and enjoyable.
CAN I HAVE A PACKAGE SENT TO THE HOTEL?
Hotel 57 accepts packages on behalf of registered guests. Packages are stored in our mailroom and are subject to a handling fee charged per item. Please ensure all packages are addressed using the full name listed on the reservation.
Package Handling Fees:
• $7.50 per package
