WHAT TIME IS CHECK IN?
Check-in is any time after 4pm.
WHAT TIME IS CHECK OUT?
Check-out is at noon.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION?

HOW DO I GET FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL?
The hotel is easily accessible from JFK Airport / LaGuardia Airport / Newark-Liberty Airport via mass transit, taxi/Uber/Lyft, or any of the pay for shuttle vans.
DO YOU HAVE VALET PARKING? HOW MUCH IS PARKING?
We do not currently offer valet parking, but we provide self-parking at I Dock, located at 150 East 58th Street. Parking rates are $55 for a standard vehicle and $65 for an SUV.
DO YOU ALLOW SMOKING?
Smoking is not allowed in any part of the hotel or in the guestrooms.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT TO CHECK INTO A ROOM?
Guests must be 21 years or older to check in.
IS MY ID/ PASSPORT REQUIRED AT CHECK-IN?
We require a photo ID at check-in for all reservations.
DOES THE HOTEL REQUIRE AN INCIDENTAL HOLD (DEPOSIT) AT CHECK-IN?
The incidental hold is $150.00 USD per night. The property will charge the amount of your entire stay, including room and tax, to the card, and you will not have access to those funds. The hotel will also require a $150 deposit per night for incidentals to be placed on the card. Please note that the release of the incidental deposit may take up to 10 business days to be reflected in your available balance, depending on your financial institution.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED TO PAY FOR MY ROOM?
A valid credit card is required to check in to the hotel, but guests may use cash or a credit card at check-out to settle their bill.
DO YOU HAVE ADJOINING ROOMS?
Yes, however, availability is not guaranteed until arrival at the hotel.
DO YOU HAVE ADA ROOMS?
Yes, and please feel to contact us about any special needs you may have.
WILL YOUR ROOMS ALLOW ROLLAWAY BEDS AND/OR CRIBS? IS THERE AN EXTRA CHARGE?
Rollaway beds are available on request for $50 per day plus tax. Cribs are available at no charge.
ARE PETS ALLOWED?
We welcome dogs weighing 50 lbs or less, with a maximum of 1 dog per room. There is a $250.00 surcharge per stay.

DO YOU HAVE AN EARLY DEPARTURE FEE?
Yes, one night room and tax.
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR WI-FI ACCESS?
Wi-Fi access is complimentary.
CAN PACKAGES BE MAILED TO THE HOTEL?
Yes. We will hold a package no more than one week before or after the guest’s reservation. There is a $7.50 per-package storage charge.
IS THERE A SAFE IN THE ROOM?
Yes, a safe is provided free of charge in our guestrooms and suites.
DO YOU OFFER ROOM SERVICE? WHAT ARE THE HOURS?
You are welcome to utilize any of the food delivery services that will meet you in the lobby with your order; however, we do not currently offer room service.
DO YOU HAVE A FITNESS CENTER?
We have a state-of-the-art fitness area, accessible 24 hours a day.
DO YOU HAVE A BUSINESS CENTER?
Yes, located on the 3rd floor and is complimentary.
I BOOKED ON A WEBSITE OTHER THAN THE HOTEL WEBSITE, AND I NEED TO MAKE A CHANGE TO MY RESERVATION. HOW DO I DO THIS?
Please contact the booking agent who made the reservation.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION/DEPOSIT POLICY?
Reservations booked with the hotel have a 24-hour prior to arrival cancellation policy on most reservations. On certain reservations, a special cancellation policy may apply. If booked through a third party, please contact the booking agent directly for cancellation policies. (24hrs)
HOW DO I BOOK A GROUP OR A MEETING?
Fill out an online request for proposal, and a sales manager will be pleased to contact you to arrange your next successful group or meeting.
